Nightfall!AU Information
Basically everything goes like in canon until the middle of R/R, when Riku...
→ was intercepted by both Lexaeus and Zexion
→ 'brainwashed' into wanting to suppress all his emotions/stop thinking for himself
→ was sent on his first mission, killed his Replica when he was down from having his heart broken, took his place and recovered Naminé from Marluxia (Ficbit)
→ was brought to the Castle That Never Was and named "IV"
→ attended various missions with Zexion, Lexaeus and Xion (who started to absorb some of his memories - likely those of Kairi)
→ was made guard/caretaker of Naminé for a while
→ eventually was forced to fight and kill Xion, resulting in his memories coming back and him gaining the ability to summon his Keyblade (Oblivion)
→ returned to the Organization, but was rather uncertain about his place there and started to wonder if he doesn't want to start thinking/feeling for himself again
→ eventually ran into Kairi during a mission
→ decided to take Naminé, ditch the Organization and try to figure things out from there
→ was intercepted by Zexion, who almost overcame him, but defeated him thanks to Naminé encouraging him
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Sora/Donald/Goofy: After defeating Marluxia at Castle Oblivion, Sora is confronted by Lexaeus (possibly again in combination with Zexion) and exhausted as he is, defeated soundly. However before they can make a grab for him as well, King Mickey arrives (possibly thanks to DiZ helping him) and saves the trio. Mickey brings them to Yen Sid, who sends them to the realm of sleep so that they can use their dreams to repair their memories. He has yet to awake, when Riku decides to leave the Organization.
Xion: She is a little more distant to Roxas/Axel, though she remains friendly with former. The Organization made Naminé change her programming so that she doesn't just absorb memories from Roxas, but also from Riku, in order to create an ultimate XIII vessel.
Roxas/Axel: Those two are just as close as in canon. Roxas eventually too, decides to leave the Organization and is joined by Axel. (Details?????)
DiZ/Kairi: Annoyed by the fact that pretty much all his options to extract revenge on the Organization are kind of occupied/taken away, DiZ seeks out Kairi on Destiny Islands in an effort to get her help speed up Sora's recovery. Upon being introduced, Yen Sid senses her sleeping potential as Keybearer and decides that she should be trained instead. She completes her training with Mickey (possibly also Minnie and the Restoration Committee in RG) shortly before or after Riku defeats Xion.
This is pretty much just an outline for now; I'll probably add and/or change around some details.
